Au revoir to our French guests, who also visited last year - and hopefully will come back again!
And now the rooms are cleaned and ready for a big Dutch family arriving any minute. I am sitting here with a cup of green tea and having a short break, before I start to cook.
On the menu today: Papoutsakia, stuffed eggplant.
